Above shows my risk assessment for my photographic shoot. I have taken into consideration all problems that could potentially occur that could cause a risk to equipment or people on set.
Health and Safety for the shoot will also be taken into consideration.
Whilst in the studio, after setting up, I will do a final check for any trailing cables, and test/check every piece of equipment I am using before conducting the shoot. Also I will check for any drink spillages on the floor that could result in somebody slipping, or the liquid could come into contact with an electrical appliance, therefore this is an essential check.
I will assure the studio is safe to use, and everything is in working order. After completing my recce previously, I am yet to notice anything in the studio that is dysfunctional, meaning the studio is a safe place to work.
By taking into consideration everything on my risk assessment, and checking every piece of equipment numerous times before going ahead with the shoot, I can assure I have taken all precautions to reduce the chance of injury or risk throughout the photographic shoot.
